Had a wonderful stay at Gulab Kothi, Varanasi. Staff was extremely helpful and co operative. Rooms were spacious clean and well maintained. Food was very good. Overall, value for money and great hospitality.

You should provide bathroom handle because someone who come with their friends and family members so unknowingly open the door. Hotel is good we love to leave their food service and food very nice.

Location wise covering padav as well as Ramnagar area Hospitality is good everything is best like Room, food items. Is at katesar

A new property, thus clean. But already seems to ask for a maintenance job... improper upkeep, be ready to be welcomed by mosquitoes, bugs and cobwebs in the room! Rooms are kind of cramped... Understaffed... untrained and amateur staff... everything is too too too slow! Specially in room dining and restaurant... takes a lifetime for orders to be delivered... expect a wait of at least an hour! View from the room not too appealing, the only plus side is it's proximity to the national highway, saves the traffic and waste of time to and from the city. Not a luxury stay, ok for a night haunt, but they have a long way to go!

Rooms and services were really good. What I did not like was the location of the Hotel. It is on the road but you cannot get local transport from there easily.

It was a great visit in Gulab Kothi Varanasi, The Banquet hall was very bigger in size, food was very delicious, staff was very polite, Shreyansh was really decent person from Housekeeping

I can say that we had a very pleasant stay. The property is new and well maintained. Rooms are big enough. Cleaning was done carefully every day. Breakfast had good tasty options. Lunch and dinner food was exceptionally good. And choices given by Mr. Pramod, cooking and his service was extraordinary.
