The Ambience and the Hospitality was really Awesome ...... The room was very clean and the service was given at the right time without any delay. Especially Mr.Manoj treated and guided us in the very proper way . The Food also was very tasty and even when you are traveling before your dinner time the restaurant people gives you a remainder call and take the orders to serve your food hot and delicious. Hotel grand Ariview is a awesome hotel for family, Relatives and friend because it is located at the heart of the city MG marg & LAL Bazar near to this hotel . Sikkim Manipal University is also 7 kilometers. Hotel services is very good. Whenever any one visite gangtok , l will prefer this hotel . The best thing is this hotel rooms are very neet & clean also hospitality is also excellent

In a nut shell , it's bad option to choose this hotel. Waste of money and time . .Worst experience !! There services are very poor and too delayed. Wifi is not working, Tv is not working , hearter is not working , like nothing goes good in this hotel . Beds are not clean nd in some rooms beds are in broken conditions , Rooms are not managed often.

Fake Hotel. I will suggest you to not to book the hotel. I have booked the hotel and pay the advance amount, when i reach to the destination i didn't found the hotel i have asked the address to several local peoples around the location shown on map but they also do not know about the hotel and the manager named roy did not picked a single phone and blocked me. Such a worst experience i will suggest you to book the hotel when you reach your destination.

Manager is a thief. They stole my husband's NIKE shoes and after confrontation promised to courier it to us...its been 6 months now they have blocked us. They charged rs 100 for tea on our checkout day when breakfast was compljmentart. The stay was scheduled by thrillophilea and it was pathetic. No food no water. To get to mg road was a task as u have to trek for 10 min for taxi. There is no parking space and they demand money for everything. No hot water. Stay in sikkim was pathetic coz of this kind of hospitality....aggressive attitude and liars. Will never visit .

A decent place to check in, for people on a budget. Comfortable rooms and decent service. Was woken up several times at night by a big group staying on the floor above. Asked the duty manager to sort it out. The guy seemed powerless. Management if you're reading this - if you book large groups, ensure the rest of the guests don't have to live with your mistakes.

Stayed during my Sikkim tour and although out it was an unpleasant experience. Initially was allocated a room not so spacious but still was okay. Then they shifted us to a different room second day - a room with no geyser and no lock (and this happened during peak winters that is Dec 25-30 when sikkim was being poured with snow). Despite not allocating a different room, the manager so confidently promised to provide hot water when ever we needed it, provided we had to literally call them again and again for a bottle of water or food we ordered hours earlier. Finally after picking lot of fights(which wasn't to happen on vacation) we finally were allocated a good room on our last day in Sikkim.

Nice hotel with good staffs n service the quality of food they serve is also quite nice n tasty. The location of the hotel is not in MG Marg. We need to walk for 10-12 mins to reach to the market, but it's worth it because of the price point.
