They have 8 screens with good seating arrangement & seats are also good & comfortable. The sound system is also good & the screen is big. Outside waiting area with normal chairs but not that enough space. Beverages & types of colddrink, packed juices are available.

Got the tickets for Akeli movie twice, but the show had been cancelled both times. Really wanted to watch the movie but was disappointed by the cinema staff. i wish i could Zero Star for the service, dealing with the customer zero star, overall experience zero star... I now know why some movies don't succeed even with the good actress and story lines. I appreciate that the cinema needs to run the business effectively with the costs etc however the team needs to give the movie a fair chance so that it can be viewed and spread positive feedback for the movie, what a poor bussiness strategy from the Gold cinema team..
Gold cinema comprises of 08 screens. Yesterday I went the to watch the movie GADAR 2. It was my first vist there. Stairs and lift both are available. Nice seats, nice cleanliness, clean washrooms, nice refreshment facility. Booking office is in ground floor and cinema screen are all in above floors. It is just beside the main road, hence to reach there is very easy. Big space is there for parking of vehicles. Ticket cost was also not so high, I paid 140 rupees to watch the movie. Nice experience.

Air condition is not proper. Sound quality is very very poor ( Just feels like watching movie at home ). Screen is small.
