An individual who engages in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder. In competitive bodybuilding, bodybuilders display their physiques to a panel of judges, who assign points based on their appearance. The muscles are revealed through a process known as the "cutting phase" - a combination of fat loss, oils, and tanning which, combined with the lighting, make the definition of the muscle group more distinct.

Local GuideI'm an ex-member of this Gym. I joined this gym on 2009 July and continued to workout here for 1 year till July 2010 without skipping a day. Must say, I couldn't believe my transformation from a bulky fat body to a muscular one. I left this Gym unwillingly as I had to relocate to Bhopal for my job. The gym atmosphere is pretty good. It is spacious, has most of the necessary equipments available. I strongly recommend this Gym for everyone in meeting their fitness goals.
