I went here for the very first time with very high hopes to sign up for a gym membership only after reading all the positive reviews on Google about this place however I am highly disappointed with what I saw. I stepped inside the gym and was hit by a disgusting stench (of cat litter) so strong I couldn't bear to stand there even for a minute. There was no one there and I did not meet anyone except for the 7-8 street cats that were just roaming around inside the gym as if they were the permanent residents there. The place was small, cramped up, equipments looked worn out and the horrendous stench which raises the question of the poor hygeine of the place (it was just unbearable). I understand it's hard to maintain high level standards like renowned gyms in the city but basic hygiene is a MUST especially after Covid, good hygiene is something I personally cannot compromise on. Needless to say I did not sign up with them.

So far my experience is good ....My Trainer aka Sushil Sir is extremely helpful and polite all the time... I can definitely see the results and change within me from the gym i have acquainted till date...
This pandemic has badly affected our health, now is the time for us to atleast dedicate an hour daily to our body fitness and get back on track. If you have a fitness goal, I highly recommend you this gym that has everything needed for a perfect workout

Good gym and rates are reasonable... Im here from 2021..the workout routine is best for all over body for building muscle mass.. Sairaj sir and mahesh sir are very supportive and knowledgeable... Higly recommended.
