Worst experience,because my son having cough and cold ,i went to opd at 11 am i waited for 5 hrs for see doctors, i asked many time for sisters there not responding properly ,they said wait they will call u, i asked again i came morning still ur not calling ,asked no prober response, i argued after that thay searching my op slip they missed ,op slip after that they said u see the doctor how worst sisters behaviour, sanggeetha sis is worst opd sisters very attitude showing worst experience

Yesterday I consoled doctor anu rakesh .best medicine, good treatment, best children hospital .I really satisfied

Best hospital my 1 yr old daughter suffered a lot bcoz of fever for more than 10 days i took here to various hospitals but no change finally i came to this hospital and Dr.Ajinth sir give medicines for 3 days within 1 day fever got cure blood test have done in another hospital they tell it's dengue fever but Dr.Ajinth also tell us to take blood test he did not make us panic he told a little infection in blood that's all

I would have rated a zero if there was an option. This whole place is a mess. Pros : The place and the hospital environment is well maintained , clean and looks organized . They do all updates through a software and quite advanced compared to other hospitals in Nagercoil.Unfortunately the pros end here Cons: 1 .Pathetic handovers between shifts ,doctors and the entire staff. 2. The nurse here (atleast for the most part ) do not have the right qualification and have attitude equivalent to a collector of the district 3.the entire set of people are inhumane ,super lethargic and they don't give a heck about anybody's life 4. The toilets in the room are very unclean and not maintained . 5. Doctors are very interested in getting the patient admitted rather than understanding what's wrong . 6. While the cost is comparatively lesser than other places , the catch is that there is no guarantee for the quality of treatment and your living! 7. When the entire mistake is on the hospital,the supervisor atrociously threatened to hit us with goons and then later apologized. They would also conveniently ignore the fact that they are playing with the life of small children. They would simply not care. Highlight: The supervisor(Stephen) is quintessential example of a male chauvinist. " he mentioned that , he got worked out because , the one who is questioning is a "Woman " Background : I visited the hospital as my daughter had acute leg pain and was asked to get admitted. Was in observation for 3 days and charged 12k overall including scans . IV line was put with no meds or treatment given . The nurse kept of injecting pantaprozole and when asked the so called nurse was unsure why the medicine is given . The lab results were communicated incorrectly .. there is not even a stint of regret or apologetic for what they have done . THE ONLY GOOD THING IN THIS ENTIRE THING IS athe results for my daughter was normal ! Thank god! Suggestion : if u r interested in getting good treatment and you want to be treated like a fellow human and if u r interested in living longer , don't go to this hospital

Doctors view is good. But nurses are stiff and indifferent. They act hard to aged illiterate people and got too much anger without any reason and sometimes they did not respond for the queries. Workers of this hospital maintain neat and hygiene and they do their work sincerely.

Excellent and caring hospital, when my kid was 2 years she was suffering dengue as well as Typhoid fever they take care very well

Too crowded. Doctors room was very congested. The way to doctors room, lot of parents with their children's waiting over there. It's not a hygienic. Most of the doctors room in one place. They have to move other locations for avoid the high crisis.

The place where the Lord dwells. The best hospital for infants and children. Poor people are treated very, very little, or completely free of charge. The hospital premises are kept very clean. The hospital works in a way that brings peace of mind and confidence. Hospital management focuses more on children than parents.
