Very bad customer service... and no value for money.... There is no neatness for the employees... They make my car very dirty and .... They destroyed my cars back seat ... Honestly never recommend this shop for anyone .... Those who are looking for good customer service and good work better choose another shop ....

Really sad to say that when they agree to take your order they were very enthusiastic. But after that they act as if they were not in the least bothered. I had two days earlier purchased a Silky Silver Ignis and took it to them to get seat fixed along with other accessories. A photo of a seat cover design that was sent to me by the owner I forwarded to the employee. As the photo had blue thread work when I forwarded the photo I specifically mentioned that I wanted the same design to be done in white thread. By evening once the seat cover was fitted found that it was done with blue thread as in the photo. While waiting I thought of getting a new horn fitted to my Dzire. I had fitted a Hella Windtone one to the Ignis. So since I had to wait requested them to fit a similar one on condition that they fitted it with clamps inside the bumper. While they did so I took the Ignis to top it up with fuel and by some other things. On reaching back they advised that they had done the work. I had even asked whether they had any issues while fitting it within the bumper to which they had answered in the negative. Yesterday night while washing both cars found that the horn had been fitted within the engine compartment. Today I went and spoke to the owner and informed him that I wanted it to be correctly fitted within the bumper. His answer surprised me! He told me that a vehicle just required one horn and if u wanted to fix two horns then it was ur issue and not mine ! He even told me that he wasn't responsible for the fact that I wanted to fix an additional horn. He just walked away after that. I was shocked. He charged me Rs1200 with a year warranty including fitting charges. For the amount that I paid him this is what I get. So I decided to post my review. I had given him a chance to right the wrong and if he didn't listen not my responsibility...!

I like this shop and i impressed with the good services and the rates. My car whole work was finished in under 1hr Thank you full option and special thanks for the shop owner Ebrahim. Ebrahim is good behavior to his customers
