Local GuideOne of the busiest places, located in the center of Mhow. Co located with the sabzi mandi, the fruit and vegetable market offers excellent vegetables and fruits of all seasons. You can also get exotic items like broccoli, mushrooms, red and yellow coloured capsicum, fresh corn etc. The shopkeepers and hawkers take pride in their wares and get the best stuff for sale as befitting army personnel who are or at least were their main customers. There are other utility shops in the vicinity. Cloth market in the Tin Gali and stores next to the market, masala (spices ) and achar ( pickle ) shops, roasted chana and puffed rice shops, fresh Senv shops and kirana shops. Also has a number of bangles, shoes, ladies cosmetics, milk and paneer shops. Also co located are the meat, chicken, eggs and fish market. You can also find locksmith, umbrella repair, cobbler and ice block shop here. In short, any and every household item can be purchased in its vicinity. With increasing vehicles, the roads however get extremely congested. Better to park car in parking lots designated for this purpose. The MG road in any case remains closed for cars from morning till evening. Could also do with a decent toilet area. Could be Sulabh Shauchalaya on pay and use basis.
