I joined this gym 5 months after my delivery, and honestly it’s been the best decision. Since it’s my first time in a gym, I had so many doubts, but SruDeep and Sana were always there to guide me and clear everything patiently. The gym master also checks in on you and is always ready to help if you have any queries. They really helped me build back my strength and confidence. Super happy with my experience here

You are only allowed to use cardio equipments for 10 min. They will stop you abruptly even if no one else is in the gym. U can see that none of the trainers or the owner has even half kg of muscle on their bodies. Come here if you are a casual/lazy gym user. Find an other gym that actually knows a thing or two about health and wellness. Bad experience.

I've been attending this gym for a while now, and I couldn't be happier! The machinery is top-notch, providing everything I need for a great workout. The trainers are some of the best—knowledgeable and supportive, always ready to help. I particularly love the two-day cardio group sessions; they’re energetic and fun! The gym is spacious, making it easy to find a spot to work out without feeling cramped. I also appreciate that there’s a separate ladies' trainer and dedicated time slots for women, ensuring a comfortable environment for everyone. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals!

Gym is perfectly fine & equipments are at high mark. But the main pitfall is some of the trainers who are professional but the way they behave is like unprofessional. They are always busy with some chit chat with girls and infact taking too much care for their training, rest of the peoples are doing themselves. Teasing & discouraging are the main business of the trainers while doing gym. Recommended for workout but Not recommended for those who are blindly believe the trainers.

All the equipments are upto mark. But 1 major thing lacking here is the mindset of the trainers. I had same incident 3 time. Whenever I call any of them for support, the refuse to come or they come as if it is not their job. I am not a person who calls for support for each and every set, but when I called the so called trainer was just scrolling through his phone. Bit refused to come. I don't know if they are support only the guys who are in personal training. Anyway, had such an incident which made me change the gym... Really unprofessional...

Then it's the place to find it with positive energy of mind setting Cocah with all included in special rate with special training for both men's and ladies Cocah available.
