Very clean & supportive staff, very good location, suitable for family as well. Asides, No support from the manager, always unavailable. Number of customers didn't received their Bill due to Manager's absenteism. I am chasing for my bill since last 20 days but still not received. Not sure whether the amount went to Hotels account or Managers pocket due to which he is not able to share the bill.
Good to stay at Hotel Sai Plaza, Aurangabad. Good service. Neat & clean. 24 Hrs check in time & 24 hrs hot water. Though they do not have food facility, they can order outside food for customers. Also there are good restaurants nearby. One has to pay advance before checking in. Reasonable pricing. Very near to Central Bus Stand. In the crowded location hence one can even arrive late at night. Co operative staff. Since I had gone by Shivneri bus, I did not really enquire about parking.

Rooms are much smaller than they appear in photo. Prices are high for this kind of small rooms. No service available at all... This a lodging only room . They don't help you at all.. Horrible experience.
Do not provide aminities no towel no room servuce.... Actually it's a new hotel and they do not have staff for all these stuff.
