Flagship 42790 Mukund Resort - Hotel in Mathura - Mathura, India

No Oyo at this location. Please don't visit . I book online but when I visited then watchman said Oyo has been closed before one year. No rooms available and also money deducted from account.

Not ideal place to stay here in winter. Except location I found nothing good here. I feel it's more banquet hall less hotel or resort. 1. For 2 person they provide the very low quality blanket and additional on demand which are not enough to cover 2 person. 2. Hot water issue. One geyser is shared with 2 bathroom so if you are lucky one then you will get geyser switch else you need to be depended on other person. 3. Towel and shop was provided on demand that too not a oyo product.. they gave us life boy shop. 4. We asked them number of time to provide mosquitoes spray then they gave us all out. 5. Breakfast was mentioned on booking but they do not have any kitchen so I don't know what they will provide on morning, we left early morning so decide to skip the breakfast there. 6. Over all very bad experience and they asked us to make full payment upon arrival. They said they can't wait for check out.

We had a very bad experiance while staying here. Below are the reasons. 1. Rooms size was ok but not clean enough. 2. Drinking water was not provided upon request they provide normal water in a jug. 3. Rooms having the mosquitos after asking several times they gave the allout. 4. Very low quality blanket was provided which was not enough to cover 2 person and that blanket is also very low quality not recomended for 12 degree temp. 5. Gyser was shared between 2 bathroom so if you want to take shower with hot water you need to depend on other person if room. 6. Bath towels provided upon request that too very low quality. 7. No bath soap and shampoo provided, upon asking for the same we got the 10 Rs lifeboy soap. 8. No breakfast although it was mentioned while booking.

The Hotel is very near to railway station and bus terminus. Rooms are spacious and ambient is beautiful. Room service is prompt and effective. A great plus point is the availability of a road side dhaba (too much delicious food at affordable price) which is just opposite to the hotel entrance gate. Highly recommend it for friends & family.

This is the worst hotel I have visited in my life... 1. Room was provided on top floor which was covered by tin shade and looking like a kabootarkhana, there were too much monkeys in front of room. 2. Bathroom was smelling like a gutter. 3. AC stopped working at midnight, on complain hotel staff told me that 'you have to manage without AC because weather is not too hot'. 4. Lift is also not available in this hotel. 5. I booked room for 3 persons and in place of providing extra bed one mattress was placed on floor by hotel staff. 6. Bed sheets was not clean, spots like blood was there on bed sheets. I personally advice everyone to not to visit in this hotel.

Worst hotel in mathura. If you are reading my review and taking it positively then don't go here as I don't want anyone to repent later. Eventhough the room may satisfy u in first glimpse. But the behaviour of receptionist and the amenities that u expect will surely hurt u. Based on reviews I went here and the condition was like I have to leave the hotel. Anyhow we adjusted by compromising ourselves. Things to remember.. 1. You won't get WiFi.( he denied saying its not for customer) 2. You won't get towels and soaps until u don't insist too much. 3. Room facilities is improper ( ac was giving Heat till evening instead of cool, and on complain he was keep on saying we will soon give u the room) 4. Third class behaviour of hotel staff. 5. No room on ground floor and 1st floor ...( 2nd floor is like truss where excess heat is coming) 6. My suggestion don't go here there are still better options rather than choosing this one.

It is a good family hotel in clean and peaceful region of central of Mathura. Food quality served was very good however charges are on slightly higher side us.However AC was not working properly inspite of several requests made to make it functional. Please make sure that never leave windows open as monkeys will enter your room and damage your valuables as same was happened to us. All types of transport facility available at the place.

Good old and well established place in Mathura for celebrating and arranging wedding or other functions. Located on near to the highway itself. They also operates as a hotel and have quite comfortable and well maintained rooms. The parking may become cause of concern for large gatherings. One more thing that the maintenance of rest rooms needs bit improvement.
