My experience to book hotel from oyo app was very disappointed..i have seen how they cheat to their customers... There is no coordination with the hotel...i booked the hotel from oyo app, when i call to check my room availability the receptionist was telling you have to pay 500rs more....i was shocked.. When i asked the reason, then he said check with oyo and oyo ccustomer support person has no idea...(wo usse bhi bade gadhe hai). My recomendation is, please don't go with oyo app to book room... I have given one star because there is no lower rating than 1.. Very disappointed...
There are numerous reasons but few of them to mention are following: 1. Reception didn't accept my reservation and commented that there is no tie up with OYO. They refused any kind of document support such as reservation reference no and OYO assistance in this regard. At a personal call when he was connected on my contact no he informed same to OYO and straight forward replied to OYO that his property is no more in OYO chain. This all will confuse any one and leave frustrated. 2. This property booked separately for my stay and charged more. 3. OYO asked me if I am willing to relocate my stay in different property without considering weather condition which seems that OYO team is not trained well enough to face such situation. Management is advised to look for better enhanced service, if willing to get trust of existing and loyal client. 4. Room service was pathetic. Overall I would not prefer to give any star but as I have availed service on personal ground hence I will give two star.
One of the worst experience i had by booking for my guests in this hotel which was like a nightmare for me as well as my guests who were asked to pay the hotel booking amount at 2am in the night and inspite of it that one of my guest was a girl who had travelled for a day and had reached there exhausted to rest in the hotel ,but Hari Om(reception staff) harassed her for money and also for giving hard copy of her passport for atleast more than an hour. My request to you guys whoever is thinking of booking this hotel...please think 10 times and still if you want to checkin in this place be ready to have the worst day/night of your life which you will regret for the lifetime. Also this hotel does not work on policies and they don't give the receipt for your payment and may ask you to pay again as you have no hardcopy from the hotel so be ready to experience that as well and if you yell them that you paid by some other(E-wallets,oyo money) way then they would not trust you for that as well.
Card payment and wallets payment not Accepted here. Only cash payment. Rooms are OK but improvement required. Staff is good. If you want to feel like a home stay then it's ok
Worst place to ever stay in. No manners to talk a person and specially money. Rooma are also 3rd class. The staff are shameless and with bad dignity.. will never visit this place and suggest to look at other options
Oh rooms dark extremely bad nothing good to remember offer was breakfast but they do not call for even paid breakfast on 10 am they were standing as how soon can you live here extremely bad ever do not recomend no proper plug to recharge no visitor can meet what is this and they staff was compelling to give good 5 star opinion in this condition in future you could self assume to leave your services
Staff and manager do not cooperate. When you book the hotel from Oyo, manager charge higher rate than the original booking amount.And they are total fraud.
Very poor service, do not book this oyo reason for that is like their staff. Oyo should have to cancel their contract with them.
