Beginner friendly gym. Trainers are approachable, will help you with workouts and guide you whenever necessary. Started and been working out here from over 6-months. Has all necessary equipments in good condition, gym is well maintained and has good ambience. Might get a little crowded during peak hours but still can get workouts done. Highly recommended to anyone interested.
Am being trained with Mr Mahadevan for past 35 years...... the best trainer I have ever met..... myself and my friend are being trained with him for past 35 years..... he is very dedicative and such a friendly person..... he gives lots of inputs and advices about workout and diet..... it's a must visit place for people living in and around mylapore..... I would also like to thank trainer Ramesh from same gym...... Ramesh is a very dedicative and very good trainer...... I have also worked out in US for 6 months..... comparing with that I have had the best experience in fitness paradise..... the main reason for this is Mr Mahadevan and Mr Ramesh..... I would recommend this place to all people......
Travelled from overseas to Chennai, found this gym near the place I was staying at. Gym has all equipments needed for a full body workout and they are in good condition. Friendly staff, clean place and not overcrowded. Definitely worth a try.
