Feeling great after attending 14 days yoga. Aarti mam is the best yoga coach. She teaches all the asanas with proper details of benefits to the related part of the body. Her teaching method is very good and training is very smooth and effective. Highly recommended yoga trainer/ coach/ teacher for all age groups.
