This hospital is now called SMILES Clinic - I do not recommend this hospital. Overall I had bad experience. I first consulted the Dr. on 30th January with fissure related pain/bleeding and underwent fissurectomy on Feb 20th. The first interaction with the DR. was very good and he convinced me to undergo surgery for a permanent solution. I believed and underwent surgery and now after 60 days, I still have the same problem(back to Square). In fact I never felt like recovering after surgery. I still get little pain and bleeding sometime, which is not expected. The initial impression with the Dr. and Hospital was good but they could not keep up. Follow up consultation after surgery were never been fruitful. My overall feedback below. Price - Its very expensive. First time consultation they are charging Rs. 1500 to 2000 which is way to high. The cost of procedure is high charging over Rs. 40000 overall. They will not give any break-up for the final bill. You will find it difficult for later reimbursement from insurance. Insurance - Be careful if you are opting for cashless insurance. They initially say they accept all the insurance companies and later once admitted you will realize the truth. I opted cashless from MediAssist which is still not settled after 60 days. reason - hospital is not in insurance n/w. The major problem you will face is while claiming pre and post hospitalization bills. I am still unable to submit Rs 6000 pre and post hospitalization since claimID for cashless is not generated. Apart from charging insurance company they take Misc charges of Rs. 2000 which god only knows what it includes. They charge even for SItz bath. Before you get admitted ensure that Insurance company is approving your cashless claim. Cleanliness - Hospital is clean and they keep wards clean so no concern. Staff - Staff is good but I lost 2 belongings during 1 day stay which they never returned. Overall I had bad experience and now I have to go for further checkup in different hospital.

The worst ever hospital. before treatment they will take charge in advance. I went for my wife , just she was suffering from vomiting , they took 3000 rs in advance they told later we will refund you. they admitted her for a day and on discharge they told extra you have to pay 500 rs. No one will be there to care for you at night. I suggest to stay home is better then go to this hospital.

Less trained staff and nurses who doesn't even know to withdraw blood for tests. And doctors doesn't know to analyse the blood reports. They first get the patient admitted and then think about treatment(wrong treatment). Blood transfusions will be done even if the blood count is right. Finally, they give up on treatments after making enough money.

Recently my wife delivered baby girl in this Hospital and I'm blessed. They did C-section and they charged Rs.89,000 and that too they didn't provide any food. Then I got to know that they are very money minded. Insurance help desk guy in one of the worst GUY...he gave misinformation. I'm only satisfied with Nursing staff, they were good But if you are preferring for maternity then my advise is BIG NO...please go to SUMATHI....Though I heard alot about Sumathi Nursing Home don't know why I preferred this so called Bull**** Family Hospital. This will be my biggest regret Dr. Sri Hari, child specialist...no doubt he is good but no TIME SENSE.... he will make you wait for more 40 mins PS: The guys who gave 5 stars are Hospital Staff

I also read about Smile hospital on Google my daughter shilpashree suffering from fistula/fissure visited the hospital for a consultation along with my daughter linked the friendly staff and environment Dr.Pavithra examined and explained every thing minutely and was very patiently and understanding doctor advised for a surgery and had it done a day ago Dr.Parameshwar is the best Doctor I've met and felt extremely comfortable and very happy to have chosen Smile hospital and the doctor admitted in the hospital it was very neat and clean I recovered from the sick. Hence l highly recommended the place(Doctor,nurses and staff)and wish them all the best in the future.

Very worst hospital.They don't care about the patients.All they do is charge you exhorbitantly. They don't tell you about the entire thing before treatment.(The cost involved and the treatment procedure etc.)They get you admitted and then say one test after the other. And finally make a hefty bill.I strongly recommend not to go to this hospital.The staff are not experienced at all.

It is the worst hospital i have seen. There is no one for care about patient at night. No one will be there even in reception area at night. At your own risk you have to stay , and when I asked them about it , they gave so many reasons. I went for my sister , she was just suffering from loose motion , in general ward they charged 3400 rs. For just one day.

Dr Parameshwara of Smiles, Family Hospital Yeshwanthpur did a fantastic job in diagnosing my Pre Anial Abscess problem. He successfully operated and removed the abscess. Even before the operation I even consulted doctors of M S Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, they had also agreed to what he had observed.I need not overstay for even for one night in the hospital. The operation happened at 11 am and I was discharged at around 7 pm on the same day. I am totally alright now. Thank you very much Dear Doctor and your support staff.
