I will just say this and save your time. Don't go here. Rest you can go there waste your trip time then booking time and write the same review just like me. No from my side. But just so you know. The location is just as amazing as their hot water supply. You don't find the place just like you don't find hot water in taps. The images don't match the rooms. One thing they're good at is probably Photoshop.
Connectivity issue and also water heater was not working. Even television was not working due to very low speed wifi. Major network issu. Wifi has very low speed and disconnect regularly if connect to both television and mobile phone. Requireda good wifi connection for better services. Also price for food is not valuable.
Pathetic hotel to stay, zero cleanliness Cockroaches on the bed and small insects everywhere. When I asked them to clean the room they just did the bed and they didn't even wipe or sweep the floor.

Pathetic experience at this hotel. I don't know how this hotel have 5 star rating. The location is not good for family stay. No cabs available for pick and drop in that area. Hotel rooms were dirty and smelling. Couldn't sleep at night because some girl was screaming and shouting all the time in our corridoor. Please don't stay here instead stay in Panchkula or other best locations in Chandigarh. This hotel spoil our whole Chandigarh trip.
