The front desk executive sounded good and was helpful but the property owner was rude.
Although we paid in advance and booked the rooms the owner called multiple times and informed us that he will give rooms to others if we don't arrive on time. We were even ready to make the full payment in the Fab app to confirm the booking, but he didn't want us to do it and insisted on paying in the hotel.
