Health is wealth, we know that but nobody bother about health and run behind the wealth/job including me.. I have joined Effort (Om-Priya Health family) @ Bhalki, Bidar Dist. around 45 days back & i would like to share my experience The day I start with workout (Zumba/yoga/exercise/ if possible gym), I indeed say that Om sir and Priya mam guide you in a way that, it suits you. I mean with respect to your age, weight or any disorder they guide as like you are enjoying rather than getting stressed along with complete balanced nutrition. Everyday is like Entertaining to me.. I specially mention Gouri (Daughter of Om&Priya) she is so perfect in yoga and swimming that we can't imagine at her age she can do so.. That is one of the achievement of Om sir and Priya mam and she is definitely Inspiration to me.. A lot more to say about Om sir and Priya mam and about there efforts towards health, happiness and fitness, but i feel you should personally experience there company with own interest.. I have been visiting Effort gym for almost 3 months now. Before that I had worked out in several other gyms. I fell in love with effort gym at first sight. Their level of sanity, their professional approach, the features, discipline, interior architecture etc. everything seemed to be in place, just the way I liked it. Gym room is full of trade mills, bicycles, and cross Ts. Plus, they gave 2 television sets to help you stay away from boredom . consists of several weight building instruments. I can assure you that if you set your own routine, you will get 100% results. There are personal trainers as well, but they are a bit costly. Gym fees is around 500 to 1000 per month. Personal coach is 500+ zero rupees per month. Here we get totally professional training team which help us to do exercise properly.They guide us through proper way. trainers are so trained and certified so they are always active there to guide there clients.Effort - has great infrastructure, staff.they provide proper diet. and lots ofg thing to make body and burn fats. Cross fitness in this gym is also great. Must visit .

Great Training The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. Staying in Bhalki to get better training at effort gym for two weeks because I know Om and his staff get it done! No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit during free time or to train like a hardcore athlete, effort gym has what you're looking for.

Effort gym is an excellent place to shape ourselves about fitness, under guidance of Om sir and Priya mam. I have been going to effort gym for past one month, I lost nearly 5.5 kg in span of one month. Really great fitness centre.This gym has all good equipments like treadmill and other and also individual caring by coahes. If you want to shape yourself and get fit this is best place.
