Eazy Gym is EMS (electro muscle stimulation) studio. Exercise is to be done with a suit that passes minute electric stimulation. This helps as all muscle gets equal tension while workout. 4 to 5 session of normal workout is equal to 1 workout with EMS. One gets personal trainer for every session and it can be customised by time and place too. Cloths and supplements are provided here only. Eazy Gym looks easy but it is intense workout, you only needs one session in a week.
The first experience is wonderful looking forward for other sessions. Super effective everyone should try this for sure. Specially those who don't get time for daily workout this is the best workout place for them.

This is a very innovative method of workout. I am a part of this gym and i have seen tremendous increase in my core strength and stamina. I have also met my weight loss goal and inch loss. A must for ppl who dont have time to go gym daily as this is once a week gym.
I took first ems training trial session and I must say, it feels like it would really help on a long run Owners give personal training and thus they make sure the experience is up to the mark. Loved the first experience.
I felt the session tiering at first but the workout was so amazing that i felt like i had a workout session of 4 hours. Its very effective and everyone should try.
