Local GuideEazy Gym is EMS (electro muscle stimulation) studio. Exercise is to be done with a suit that passes minute electric stimulation. This helps as all muscle gets equal tension while workout. 4 to 5 session of normal workout is equal to 1 workout with EMS. One gets personal trainer for every session and it can be customised by time and place too. Cloths and supplements are provided here only. Eazy Gym looks easy but it is intense workout, you only needs one session in a week.
