Hotel staff dishonest. My mobile charger left in my stayed room . But everyone denied . I remembered charger put in circuit very shameful... matter is not charger . In future we left mobile and Laptop how can trust on this hotel staff .... when you stay in hotel safety part main during hotel stay .. .... I will never stay in this hotel .....

Very clean rooms and budget friendly. Staff is also good. Very near to bus stand and railway station. Decent rooms at decent location.

Worst experience. They charged advance also more than room tariffs. Very rude behaviour. In future I'll never visit again.

Complete value for price. The rooms are comfortable for 2-3 day stay. A wide choice of rooms too. They come in all sizes. The suites are especially big, I must say. The staff is cordial and keen on helping you through your stay. The food is tasty and the room service is great. The only eye sore are the staff uniforms. They look old and bit unclean. Overlooking that for a short stay, and this is a decent place to be in.

This hotel is good,like the city shahjahanpur. Amenities are good but one should have to pay a little bit high. Budgetary accommodations as per need available. Good parking space is available. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking available. Rooms are good but requires more cleanliness and hygienic. A restaurant with good looking and delicious food available. One more positive thing it's location near to railway station and bus station.

Average hotel with average hospitality. Room is good but not recommending food, food was tasteless. But keeping in mind the location, it could be a good option.
