Government has reduced the price of spl tablet from Rs 375 to Rs75 only to help addicts, But hospital is charging 300 consulting fee to distribute 1 strip, they never give 2 strip & force patients come after 2 days and pay again 300 consulting fee.

Staff is rude. Rest they do work normally but are always rude to patients visited 5-6 times but still same staff and almost every person is rude

Addnock is nothing but an alternative drug, containing Bupeuronorphine as well, used when one cannot arrange the high/desired substance. One can always visit and consult, other Psychiatrists in Tricity.

Pathetic staff non sense behaviour. Girls they have hired do not know how to talk with someone.

The worst part is that the mentally weak patient not only need medicine but a proper councelling and motivation. But on the name of councelling they only ask are you able to sleep or eat and prescribe medicine... It is humbly requested that councellor should listen to the patients and family members and guider them regularly on every visit during the total span of treatment... Also all the staff should be polite with the patient so that he feels safe and not victim..please understand.

Very illiterate and egoistic staff including all girls or nurses except Doctor and receptionist. Please trained them how to behave with customers or patients. They are always on their phone and many more things

they are very bad people. My brother went there for treatment. All they did was urine test and asked 2-3 questions and gave just one medicine. They can not get rid of the addiction. On the contrary, they get people hooked on adnock. They are the real drug suppliers.
