Proper MMA academy with strength training..... Professional MMA trainer Akaash Kumar sir.... And even have all the knowledge regarding any exercise and knows which muscle to train and how to train..... Proper personal group training..... And what I like the most is the sand training in Ganga barrage on Sunday mornings(approx 5 am...)
