Pros - Well natured, takes time to listen to your issues, and in general pleasant behaviour. Cons - Extreme unprofessionalism and lack of respect for people's time from their end. I have been waiting for 2 hours now and no sign of doctor still. Atleast have the courtesy to inform your patients about rescheduling so that they dont have to sit for 2 hours in the clinic. Please work on this basic ethic of professional life; to have respect for other's time!

Dr swapnil sir is one of the best doctor of ujjain. Highly recommended for your Gastrointestinal and liver problems

Dr Swapnil Pendharkar sir is very amicable,kind n has got very keen knowledge in liver, stomachache,hemorrhoids, gastric problems.Dietician madam is also very friendly nature n expert in dietitian work.She motivate patients to take proper n balanced food n to live care free life.Her advice worked, I saw it myself. All staff very good.Dileep Bhaiya is also very helpful person.

It's good but processing .. i hope it's will be good coming days.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. He is very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how He really took his time to explain my husband conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
