Local GuideThey have a wide variety of merchandise and extremely helpful non-intrusive staff, who know their products and give good and practical suggestions. The store is on the ground floor and quite big. The prices are quite reasonable, though the products are not of the usual brands. Nevertheless, the quality of the merchandise I purchased was very good and I'm generally satisfied with the products, their prices and the service.

Local GuideOne of the best Decathlon outlet in the country. The variety of products were just awesome. The staff is good and well mannered. The self checkout system was awesome and time saving. The products were good and demonstration samples were available that was one of the best feature of this outlet. Must visit for quality camping and trekking goods.

Local GuideDecathlon is located in the ground floor, and also they have a dedicated place to play table tennis as well. It is bigger outlet than the panjagutta decathlon. Here the sports gadgets have wide variety in the affordable price. Overall it is good place to with almost all the sports equipments and also metro station is connected to it with the shade.

Local GuideBest place to buy all your sports equipment. You can even buy vitamin tablets, whey and self care items. I bought Quechua sunglasses here and I loved it. Not much over crowded. You can even check out your items by yourself in the scanner. You can try cycling and try all the sports equipment. You can buy all the trekking gear here for a trip to the Himalayas. I loved the cool working staff here who are all young people. They greet us well and guide us on our preferences and help us make the best decision.

Local GuideDecathlon is huge and has a good range of sportswear for both adults and kids. You name it, you got it. Be it swimming trunks, long-sleeved swim tops, one-piece swimsuits or anti-UV tops. Waterproof jackets are available too. You can find a whole variety under one roof, including high-cut and waterproof ones meant for challenging terrains. Fleece shirts with half-zip openings, trousers, and jackets can be found on the shelves of this store. Beyond clothing, they also carry gear like goggles, thicker padded ski gloves, winter boots, among others. They have a highly-absorbent microfibre towel which is a handy travel companion. It can roll up to a ball and you can secure it with a rubber strap.

Upon purchasing two swimming goggles from Decathlon, I encountered an issue with one of them and decided to initiate a return. Initially, I had some communication with one of their executives, who seemed helpful at first. However, before the return process could be completed, the executive left, leaving my return request in limbo. To resolve the matter, I reached out to Decathlon's customer support through email, providing them with all the necessary details, including the order ID (15891703). However, instead of assisting promptly, I received vague responses and was asked to elaborate on the issue multiple times. The lack of coordination and clarity in their communication was disheartening. Furthermore, the situation became more distressing when I wanted to place an order for alternative goggles, but due to concerns about the return handling process, I decided against it. This clearly indicates how my confidence in Decathlon's service was severely shaken. When I received their final response, they mentioned that there was no return request raised under my order details, which was contradictory to my previous interactions with their representative. This inconsistency and inability to locate my return request only added to my frustration and annoyance. In my view, Decathlon should take customer service seriously, especially when it comes to resolving issues related to returns or faulty products. A seamless and efficient return process is vital for customer satisfaction, but my experience left much to be desired. While I acknowledge that no company is perfect, it is essential for Decathlon to address such incidents transparently and strive to improve their system and customer support. Customers should not have to jump through hoops or face confusion when seeking a resolution to a genuine concern. In conclusion, my recent experience with Decathlon has been disappointing, to say the least. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers who might encounter similar issues. As a brand that prides itself on sportsmanship and user satisfaction, Decathlon must focus on rectifying these shortcomings to regain the trust of their customers. I sincerely hope that Decathlon takes this feedback constructively and implements necessary changes to ensure a more efficient and customer-centric approach in the future.

Local GuideIts always a fun to shop in Decathlon. Unbelivable prices with high grade quality products. We can grab all sports utilities from tiny to large items like cycling, running walking, swimming, table tennis, carroms, batminton, tennis, trecking, cycles, gym equipment, yoga, racing, basket ball, volley ball....... ehat ever you need the destination to knock all the time. Highly recomended store. Dont buy local stores with all second grade and chinese trash. Please carry a bag to avoid extra bag. Thanks for saving earth a bit.
