Dash Hotels - Affordable Luxury Hotel

During our recent vacation, my family and I stayed at Dash Hotel in Hyderabad. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff demonstrated great cooperation, and the owner's friendly nature added to our positive experience. Only one drawback is that there is no facility for breakfast and meals we have to go outside for food and Overall, it was a delightful stay that I highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights from Bengaluru,the rooms are clean and neat.The staff are helpful and maintaing neatly.Reception is in 2 floor, a direction board for this can be put at ground floor. Overall stay experience was Good.

Excellent place to stay, very cordial hotel Staff. Though no kitchen in the hotel zomato and swiggy provide food stuff at the room. Plates and cutlery are provided by the hotel. It's very near to railway station.

Will highly recommend to stay at Dash Hotel. We were visiting Hyderabad for the first time from New York, booked suite with them. The two rooms and small living/ sitting area with pantry were v good. The staff was extremely welcoming. The cleanliness is at par with what you get in hotels at USA. The location is excellent, with proximity to all near by markets. We only had to go a KM or two for food, restaurants, market. The owner himself is a gem of a person. He personally inquired if we needed anything and was very helpful throughout our stay to answer any queries if we had. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and will definitely recommend it to families visiting Hyderabad from abroad.

The hotel room was spacious and the staff were friendly as per their convenience. As soon as you get out of the car to enter the hotel, there is a foul odour as you enter the hotel, due to the goats and cattle on the street. Another issue related to hygiene-there was a rat in the opposite room where my family was staying. The rat probably came in via the washroom and was killed by the hotel staff. There were also ants found in the same room. So, the rooms must be kept clean as rodents are a health hazard. Secondly, when I ordered 2 cups of tea, they sent 3 instead. The first time, I paid as the staff also apologised. But the same thing happened the next day when I ordered 1 cup of tea, 2 were delivered. I refused to pay as this was the hotel staff's mistake and the explanation given by the hotel staff was very unreasonable. The hotel staff must pay more attention to a customer's request. The next time, when I ordered tea, there were ants in the tea and the hotel staff was rude. You cannot treat customers this way especially when a customer is reasonable and friendly. Thirdly, the bathrooms need to be cleaned and scrubbed as they were unhygienic. They could be used but definitely must be kept cleaner as it would ensure customer satisfaction. Someone could slip and fall while taking a shower. The room service must also be improved in terms of availability of beverages such as tea and coffee. Not convenient if a customer requests for tea at 1 am and since it's Hyderabad everyone sleeps late so it should be easy to find an open tea stall at that wee hours. Lastly, do not be rude to a customer when they request a booking. Everyone understands that you have to make sales, but being rude and demanding full payment in advance from customers choosing to stay at your hotel travelling from abroad, is not part of good customer service. You could be reasonable and allow payments after check in, as they might have to draw out cash or convert currency in order to pay you. If you cannot do so, then atleast be kind and not rude as you were with my family. As you were unreasonable, it degrades the overall reputation of the hotel and the entire experience of visiting a beautiful city like Hyderabad. Maybe other customers gave you a good review and you maybe one of the best hotels, however I have shared my unpleasant experience during my stay there.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. The staff at the desk is very good and very helpful. They go out of way to make your stay comfortable. Hassle free check in and checkout. I checked in earlier at 11.00 am, but room was ready. Breakfast is brought from outside as per your choice. Worth for the price. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The property is newly constructed and has all the facilities. We stayed for 3 nights and the whole stay was very good. Definetely will recommend it.

Hotel ok.room clean and small.but very very noisy..if you are on some work I'd say prefer other location
