Overall treatment is good, Doctor behaviour also good. I am satisfied about all the hospital facilities. But you have to improve your employees communication skills.

It was a bad experience over there doctor is good for nothing all treatments and even diagnosis were done by assistant ,even doctor doesn't bother to meet and see the patient .
I do agree with many of the reviewers here that the treatment is costly and hygiene is not good but you'll not find a better skilled doctor anywhere else in the surroundings. My 88 yrs old mother was operated for hip fracture by Dr.Singhal around 4 years back for which I paid Rs.75000 later on she suffered another fracture in her other hip which was operated upon by Dr.Gaurav Rathore at Jaypee Noida for which I paid Rs.2.25 lakhs and believe me the end result of the surgery carried out by the small town doctor (Dr.Singhal) are far better than those of Dr. Rathore, NOIDA. The hip operated by Dr.Singhal moves perfectly well while the one operated later @ Jaypee Noida doesn't move at all and my mother is still bed ridden since then. Hence the bottom line is that the experience matters. Dr.Singhal is a boon for the locals there.
Trust me they've developed their own city ...just saying but yeah well arranged things different section for everything.. OPD, IPD, Naturopathy, Yog Panchkarma...and many more with good hygiene
