They patiently assisted me in exploring various options and provided valuable insights to help me make the right choices. Among the attentive staff, I must especially commend Mr. Love Soni for his exceptional kindness and professionalism. Despite the fantastic service I received from your sales team, there was a hiccup during the billing process that left me somewhat dissatisfied. The person responsible for handling the billing made an unfortunate mistake by misspelling my name, even though I had provided my name in writing. This resulted in a delay in the billing process, and I found myself waiting for an extended period, approximately half an hour, to rectify the error and obtain a correct bill. While I understand that errors can happen, I believe that the billing process is a critical aspect of the overall customer experience. It is a moment where the focus and attentiveness of your staff are of utmost importance, as it directly impacts the final impression a customer takes away from their visit. Therefore, I kindly request you to address this matter and brief your staff in the billing counter about the significance of accuracy and efficiency in handling customer transactions. Ensuring that they are diligent in double-checking customer information before generating bills can help avoid such avoidable delays and errors in the future. We had a great experience today at Indore DP Jewelers store. Special thanks to Prerit Chauhan Bhaiyya. He is very polite and nice to customers. With his help our shopping went smoothly.

These people are really kind they give free water chai and all other things and upstairs there is this small desk and a girl named Priyanka is sitting there and she is really kind and helpful, and a boy named Prerit, and he is so helpful! I love this place couse everyone there gives respect and kind to us and the other people who come in to buy.

Plus point--location, parking space Quality & service is also good. Minus points- high making charges 11- 14 % . no discount for higher purchase.

Visited DP jewellers number of times, and found a very nice and attractive collection always.There are always lot many options to choose from and as per our budget.Happy with the place and hospitality too

Authentic, Genuine, Exclusive Range of Jewellery and Collection. Best in town. Making charges is slightly high and the payment process is difficult. Adding my 5th star for their after sales Services which is exceptional and they never ask any questions in providing any kind of services.
