Fabulous stay and definitely a 4* experience. Large beautiful room with a huge window overseeing the backwater lake. Hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff members are friendly and going extra mile to make your stay memorable. Excellent breakfast with great choices and exceptional service. A baby cot was provided at the sky grill bar as well.

Fabulous stay and definitely a 5* experience. Large beautiful room with a huge window overseeing the backwater lake. Hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff members we met were friendly and going extra mile to make our stay memorable. Excellent breakfast with great choices and exceptional service, the managers went above and beyond to look after us, especially Krishnan noticed us struggling with our child so brought a buggy to ensure we could enjoy our meal. A baby cot was provided at the sky grill bar as well. We are extremely happy with our visit and will definitely stay again! Thank you

The rooms were large enough and high degree of hygiene was maintained throughout. Food was excellent so was the service. It was top notch. The property suits both family as well as business travelers. I would definitely stay there again. Stayed for a couple of days, the food and service was a perfect 10.. the view from the rooms are great, the ballroom and the banquet staff was just amazing.. the pools were really nice and clean, gym is pretty good, overall a very memorable stay.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Crown Plaza Cochin. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. This was the best stay in Kochi till date! From check in to check out everything was so good, all of their Staff's are well trained & extra professional. Food is top par, Ambience is great. Will definitely recommend to everyone & will definitely come back again soon!

Great stay at the crowne plaza in Kochi. Staff were very helpful and attentive, the breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was very good. Room service was also very reasonably priced. Good gym facilities. There was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hallways and elevators which was unpleasant however.
