Very rude and worst behaviour from staff girls towards customers. Staffs are behaving and speaking like rowdies and gangsters just for small arguments. If you dont change your staffs in mylapore branch otherwise cothas coffee will end up in closing their branch even though their coffee has better taste. Concentrate on your workers too, only the taste of coffee don't decie your growth it also depends on your staffs attitude towards customers. I totally lost a mood to drink your coffee I just poured it in a garbage trash and paid the amount for trashed coffee.
One of the worst ever service especially the customer handling method which was taken by the Costa employee was so horrible data not know how to deal with the customers we are paying money and buying food products they are not giving it for free... The management needs to provide training to the employee..... No point in hiring this kind of employees

Recently this shop has moved by 2 shops and to main road, just opposite to Surya sweets in Mylapore South Mada street. The hot Coffee here is good. It is 15 Rs. now. It is better to go there with change or atleast 5 Rs coin. They also sell snacks, biscuits, cold coffee, ready made coffee decoction, different flavored cold coffee, water bottles. You can buy roasted coffee powder with 70 % coffee : 30 % combination or 80 : 20 or 100% pure coffee powder. They used 80 : 20 combination in their coffee machines which is good in taste and flavour. The sales staff need training to be more customer friendly. The parking for 2 or 4 wheelers is on the congested vegetables market road.

Their coffee is doubtless good one. But they should add more branches in Chennai.
