Please try to avoid this hotel as you may need to walk through stairs to reach the hotel. Behaviour is pathetic and the staff are very bad. They are not cooperative. The rooms are so so.. what we understand is that few rooms are really pathetic. We booked 2 rooms. One was good the other one is really very very bad. It was very small in size, had a bad smell and not cleaned room we saw. Lots of other cons are there. I strongly suggest you please avoid this hotel. It would be completely uncomfortable for you.

It's a nice trip with friends n family , it's d highest point 2 climb view was awesome, u feel d lack of oxygen but d view was 2 good , enjoy d cool atmosphere , d snowy mountain , n lovely KACHENJANGA HILLS.

Provided tea in uncleaned cups. Full dirty ,spotted lipstic in cup. Food quality also very poor. Service delevary time also too poor everytime they asked customer for wait even for a glass of water. Manager have not any ethics also. He did not feel any guilty after providing this type of poor service. Don't waste money by booking this type of cheap hotel.

5 rooms were booked for us, however, while we were coming back from Lachen on 31.05.22, before reaching of 3/4 hours they have cancelled the booking as they have got a large booking from railway which they cannot avoid (as they have shown the reason). They had arranged a nearby hotel 'Snoopy' for us which was fully empty without any security, each and every rooms were without minimum facilities. Dinner and breakfast (Paratha & pickle) came from other hotel in fully unhygienic condition. It was a closed hotel which they had arranged that evening only and we 5 families with children were compelled to stay there that night.

Perfect stay from start to finish. The gentleman at reception was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for me. I love the view and adored the view! Menu suited all tastes, my chicken was divine. My waitress was friendly and efficient. I write today to thank your hotel for efficient and professional staff. My family member left a pair of earrings and other items in her room last weekend. I would like to personally thank To Mr.Shovan and their team firstly for being so helpful in arrangements. It's good to deal with friendly, honest staff. I will definitely recommend your hotel because of your honest and efficient staff.

Rooms are good, view from the room is great, superb clean toilet, food is also very good. But only negative point is it's location, it almost 1.2 Km away from MG Marg. Every time you have to take share taxi ( Cost around Rs.30/- per person) to visit MG Marg.

Good place to stay. Very friendly staffs. Good views from the room. They even allowed us to cook food (We were missing home food in sikkim) according to our tastes as per request and provided all ingredients for the dish. Great support from manager. The place is located in steep place and not elderly friendly. The view compensates for this though.

Amazing experience it was. It's a new hotel with excellent room very comfortable & spacious. The food was also nice and staffs were so helpful. Hotel location is not so great as it is far from M.G.Road approximately 4-5 km.
