Fraud and pathetic hotel..booked hotel from OYO well in advance but at the time of stay they denied booking and asked to cancel booking...did not even picked Oyo's executive calls and asked for paying higher price to get the room... Oyo also failed to resolve the issue and asked us to shift the hotel ...when we agreed to shift Oyo failed to arrange any other hotel in the nearby vicinity.... Both Oyo and hotel Oyo saswat in are frauds hand in hand and Dont book both when in Lucknow Also, the receptionist here was v unprofessional and unresponsive...
Never ever book this one. I booked it via OYO ,my train reached lkw at 11:30 and when i reached the hotel they said they don't have room , they don't have tab to process online booking. But at day time when i had talked to reception she had said that it will be open for checkin at late night and as my booking is done my room will be available. I have seen some unsocial activities going on there, so if you are going then go at your risk. But thanks to OYO the made booking on another hotel at distance of 500m and that was really good hotel.
Near to Charbagh Station, It can be ur option for staying if u visiting Lucknow. Amenities are good but one less star is for some basics things that were missing from the rooms that was ceiling fans and sockets.. But instead of that a good place in affordable price. Tip- Book through oyo rooms. It will cost u less.
Very very very very very very very very very very bad experience in this hotel and oyo customer support and oyo service really please believe me n my all words now oyo hve provided a very awful service they have no manner how to talk with customer and how to give satisfaction of complaint now they provided 3rd class services and at the main time customer need help that time they did not talk with us seriously they did not take seriously our issue so please i request to all dont use oyo cz oyo is a very big fraud company and in this condition of this company asap oyo owner Mr.Ritesh shut down his business.go to hell oyo
