Local GuideNo power back, I stuck in lift for atleast 10 min lift opened when my husband take help of other guest, no responsibility of hotel staff and they said no one is the lift. I m with my family they search for me and got to know i m lift, God knows what happened with those who stay alone.

Pathetic experience with this hotel. I had to stay in this hotel because of my interview. First of all when I checked online so the charges was showing as 550rs but then the person said since you are a single person so you'll have to pay 800 + 500 because of early check in which wasn't mentioned in t&c online. So I paid 1300 for one day. When I entered into that room it was very dirty and full of cockroaches. But nobody cleaned it and I had to manage because it was my interview day. Bed was also broken. Half of the room was wet because of the leakage water from the AC. The food was very costly in that hotel so I used Zomato. The most worst part is that they don't even provide an empty plate. They straight away denied for it and said if you don't order from our end so we'll not be able to provide any empty plate. Unfortunately I had to order an omelette which was worth rs 180 just for the sake of 1 empty plate so that I can eat properly. I went there for only 1 day and then also they charged me 400rs for late checkout which was late for only 1 hour. Worst customer service. I am just thinking why am I giving you even 1 rating though

I wish I could give you -5*. I booked this hotel for my parents online from oyo website and this hotel owner did not allowed us to check in because of the payment issue from OYO. My parents waited for 2 hours and customer care does not gave any proper answers. Worst Hotel ever. Will never book this hotel in my life!!!

Local GuideI didn't get any room from the Oyo app, owner straight away rejected when told the refrence of Oyo & rejected the price mentioned in the app. And not only single hotel but same incident repeated in 3 hotel. Worst experience ever

Local GuideThe rooms are adequate. The beds have spring mattresses so if you have back pain, avoid it. You might see occasional cockroaches. The service is prompt. They will come and clean the rooms quickly. They don't provide free water bottles with the stay. Overall a very basic stay option.

I recently booked a stay at a hotel listed on Oyo rooms, enticed by the advertised rate of 490/- per night. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the actual charge was 1000/- per night, almost double the listed price. This deceptive pricing practice was extremely disappointing and gave a negative impression from the start. To make matters worse, the service provided by the hotel was incredibly subpar. The housekeeper, instead of properly disposing of the trash in my room, gathered it all and simply shoved it under the bed. This careless act demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic hygiene standards. The level of service received was truly third-class and fell far below expectations. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Disastrous experience. All lies are broadly written on the boards - even the least service is not provided, corridor lights are never switched on. They don't even have a calling bell - intercom doesn't work. No housekeeping is there.

Local GuideRooms are in very bad condition. Price of the room is very high according to the room condition. Shoes marks everywhere on the walls of room. Bathroom is full of dust. Given the key at reception 2-3 times for cleaning but they didn't do any cleaning. Location is good. But they are not maintaining there hotel properly.
