Location : If you come out from Paltan Bazar exit door from Guwahati Railway station then it is near and no vehicle should charge you more than Rs. 100. But the property is little inside the lane. Remember to enter the Hotel , you need to ask the people as there is no direct but backside entry point. In the front there is two restaurants of other owner. Service : It will take Atleast 10-15 minutes more depends when you have order, in one word you need to order early for the room service in time. Rooms : Centralised geyser is available. AC rooms available. Rooms are clean. Food : Food is average. They have kitchen and for prices I have uploaded the photo of food menu. If you have opted for Complimentary breakfast then you can choose only one Item from food (breakfast ) and either Tea/Coffee.

I recently stayed at Ransu Residency in Guwahati and had a great experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The free wifi was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Ransu Residency for anyone visiting Guwahati.

Rooms are not as shown in the pictures , toilets are very unhygienic and broken. Even geysers do not work . Bad services

This hotel is superb, nice interiors and designed. It's cosy place. Here I am feeling like I am staying in 4-5 star category. I never even seen a small hotel with that such kind of facilities. * Lockers in Almirah too. * Laptop table is here. * Delicious food in restaurant. * Inbuilt geyser in toilets. * Car parking * Lift/ elevator * Good staff, Overall awesome and great hospitality. I would like to give 100 .

We were asked to pay an additional amount on top of the booking amount paid online. And the manager there did not provide us a receipt inspite of repeated requests. Had a bad experience. Room was decent, food was also good and the other staff members except the manager were all courteous.
