Any spa centre is supposed to have a silent ambiance while the massage is being done , here the doors are kept open with a block, which I didn't object to , but in the passage the cleaning staff people keep talking loudly and communicating continuously which is completely absurd. I hope this place shuts down due to poor customer service and how the staff treats the customers.

A good place with a range of services for overall wellbeing. The products used are mostly close to nature, and techniques used by the professionals create a balance which increases the efficacy of the service you are taking. Good recommendations given for the service that suits your conditions. Overall, very good experience I have had here, just a bit of more prefessionalism will do the trick, for a 5 on 5. Thank-you.

It was very neatly maintained and the rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned.The therapists were truly professional, adjusting the pressure based on my comfort. They made sure that I was comfortable during the session.

I am a regular traveler who search for the best wherever I go. I have seen a lot of good and best spa's across the continent's. Along with some great spa's I have ever been, this one too caught my attention. Simply it's worth the money if KIMI ( one of the masseuse from Mizoram ) is your masseuse terapist. She's the best... #Please visit if you want the best...Not for lust.

This is a pathetic place to visit, Staff is very rude. The room has unclean disposable sheets which are reused and it stinks. Kimi was at reception and does not know how to address a guest. Cheap baby oil is used instead of herbal oils. Shower water suddenly stops and u can't call anyone for help. Overpriced and disgusting spa.. dear owner change your complete staff is your only saviour of this business.

I found the attitude of the woman at reception very arrogant. To me, she appears to be lying transparently and dealing with customers in an emotionally revealing manner. I felt very bad, but I am not angry with her. Rather, I feel sorry for her. Because she seemed like a sorry woman.
