Charmadi is beautiful view of ghat section this is amazing view place while coming to manglore make a way be beautiful, best time during rainy and winter seasons. One of the key attractions of Charmadi Ghat is its stunning natural scenery. As one travels along the winding roads of the ghat, they are greeted with breathtaking views of lush green forests, waterfalls, and mist covered valleys. It is one of the beautiful scenic drives through Charmadi Ghat section when on tour to Mangalore from Chikmagalur. The 25 Km stretch starting from Kottigehara to Charmadi Village is awesome, calm and peaceful.

A beautiful place to visit during monsoon/ rainy days! We visited during the end of September 2023. Great place for bikers to ride around. Places like Devarmane, Kyatanamakki Gudda View, etc. are also (within 50km) a must visit if you are around Charmadi ghat. This place is very misty most of the time. Great if you are equipped with some yellow fog lights.

Lot of small springs due to water falls were throughout. Very serne to watch and drive. A non tiring route. Greenary and the pleasant climate made our drive pleasant The point was amazing with entire western ghats view.

It's the best time to visit now, as it is pouring cats and dogs in the ghats now. The fog filled hills give a breathtaking view. There is dense fog at times, and people can't see what's in front of them either. Try not to park your vehicles in corners as it would obstruct traffic. Worth to stop and take a short break on the drive.

One of the most scenic view any person can get during the monsoon season. Very very good place with full of greenery and clouds. The view is amazing. Western Ghats at it's best. Visited on: July 2nd mid monsoon season.
