Behaviour of the staff is not good. At 8 30 in the evening, they made an old lady to climb the stairs and then told the sale was closed for the day. They could have conveyed the same at the time of entry to the shop. Unfriendly behaviour with the customers. Customer will not come to see once and to purchase on some other day . The advice given by staff is " you select today and purchase tomorrow" . No value for customer and customers time.

Grt is one of the best store.. they can make any impossible jewellery also, i have ordered this GOOGLE PICTUR ring and before I have visited many stores but no one agreed to make it because it's very hard design,but GrT Vijayawada guys did fantastic
