Capital O Hotel Sammy Grand - Hotel in Lucknow, Thasemau - Lucknow, India

It is not hotel acctully. Rooms are pretty good. There is no staff in the hotel to serve you anything . Two boys are there only. If you are staying more than two days than no towels will be provided or lilen will also not be change. Also you cant get even a single cup of tea so you can think what may the services be there. Out of main city . Hard to find the location.

This was my second visit in this hotel Previously i have rated this hotel with 5. But this time i am giving 1 because of too many reasons.. 1. I have booked classic room room is non ac.. 2. T. V is also not included in that booking. 3. After several reminders no body given a towel. This was literally disgusting. This was not expected from a oyo hotel. 4. I have to oreder everything from outside of this hotel because they are not ready to even make a tea.. And excuse was... Sir nhi ho payega.. This was literally pathetic.

The service was very bad, he was not even taking online booking as well as he was asking for more money than online booking and he was talking very rude so we didn't stay at your hotel

Mind blowing experience,polite staff,excellent management,yammy dishes,genune charges,very comfortable lodging,clean rooms,toilet etc,stay like home,safe,enjoyed,5 star arrangement.

It was my amezing stay... Very awesome hotel and staff i wish to give 10 stars.. Good breakfast.. just the problem of outer location of Lucknow.
