A good Oyo hotel. The rooms are quite good and the service here is mediocre. Breakfast is free and is fine. The room is spacious and well furnished with enough space in cupboards to fill your luggages. The rooms are AC enabled and a TV is provided but with no channel service, so you can't watch anything. The bathroom is good with geyser attached. Overall the room here is good.

The property and the service was good. Though the location is little far, you will get that peaceful environment there. No hustle and bustle of the honking horns and traffic. Location is very good, just beside the main road and very easy to find. They have their own restaurant and the food is also good. Even you can find two food joints one just beside the hotel, The Dosa Hut and another at a 100 meters distance The Bake Factory. You will also find Roadside eateries at a walkable distance like pani puri and chat. Coming to the rooms, they are very well organized with all the amenities and most of them are suite rooms. You will get two rooms with two beds and a common hall and the interior ambience was also good. Both the rooms and the hall have separate air conditioners. Only thing I felt is that the reception staff should receive the guests with a smile on their face and show the happiness of inviting the guests to experience their hospitality. But they are maintaining the property very well.

To be Honest, this was my first worst Hotel Experience. I've stayed in many hotels, through OYO services and didn't face many issues. To start with, The rooms were not quite neat and similar to what they showed in the pictures on OYO Gateway. When we reached reception, it was about 10:45 AM, and 10AM Early check in was given complimentary on basis of availibility on the OYO Gateway. Stating the same to the Reception, they said that early check in charges will be applied. To describe the Room, it was quite big (Deluxe 3X) and Washroom was also quite big. But most of the amenities and things were not maintained. The tea table was completely broken, the chairs were torn. The pillows were not very comfortable, there were no cushions. The blanket was shorter that its own cover. And lot of details were missing. The shower in the washroom was not working any good. The TV had no Hindi channel or any watchable channel. The Reception was worst. They mostly never picked up the calls at night, and sometimes even in the day time. I had to personally go and fill water bottles for myself. The bottles they provided were also dirty. Not clean at all. The good things about the place were Wi-Fi, Parking and Space. The worst thing was, when I gave bad rating for the Hotel, the Hotel Staff called me complaining about the bad ratings I gave for their Hotel. They also complained about Us getting their linen dirty. Which was very humiliating. Whoever is going to stay around that area, please make sure you check properly on your choices.

There was no water bottle in the room when we checked in. We had to ask for the water and when they provided the bottle, it wasn't sealed. They are just filling some other water in the bisleri bottle(I don't know how many people used this bottle). Since we checked in around 9pm, the staff availability was low. We asked for 2 cups of tea after half an hour it came, and instead of tea we got sugar syrup. When we complained about it at the reception, they said the staff is gone now. We can't make another tea. The tray in which the tea was served was full of dust. Their card swiping machine was not working. Though rooms are really spacious and nice but the hospitality of the staff made our stay worse

Terrible hotel. It's an apartment complex converted to hotel. Managers don't know anything about hospitality. Not clean. Not hygenic. Linen, towel look used. I asked for water n bedsheets 3 hours ago, still not given. Only saving Grace is the room is big n spacious. Don't recommend this hotel

Spacious and neatly maintained rooms with all amenities. Hospitality and complimentary breakfast are too good. Staffs are polite and well mannered. Wifi is quite slow and frequent power cut but they have power backup 24x7. Overall very good experience.

Worst customer experience, rude behaviour of the receptionist, for early check in the customer rep said it will cost 200/- but the hotel person demanded for 500/- and threathened that if you can't pay 500/- you may leave. My family travelled all the way from mysore spending 15 hours journey and in this tiredness where should I go??? Is this the quality of customer experience provided from Oyo????? Never book this hotel its actually minus 0 of i were able to give minus stars i would definitely give those.

Worst service , not worth to what you guys pay. never think of the dream breakfast, they provide only upma & chapati in the morning. Staff was not punctuall, they will make you wait and start cleaning the room at that time. Trust me, I shall never book in this hotel once again, infact from oyo itself I have raised the concern with oyo, they just told a single line "Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted".
