Capital O Ab Merridien - Hotel in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

If I had zero star to give this place I won't think twice. Pathetic service, reception don't receive calls, no towels, shops and shampoo and you will get some cockroaches along with room. They don't provide drinking water. Rude staff if I ask for towel and shop started giving excuses. I booked through Agoda, it cost me around 615 Rs, when I checked in 12 o'clock at night they asked for another 617 Rs to pay or else won't give room. It was like pay more money or sleep on road outside. What a horrific experience it was for me.

Room was pathetic. The washrooms were stinky. Flush didn't work. We booked through OYO and paid the full amount. But when we reached the hotel they asked us for 400 ruppee extra for each night. So the room's total cost reached 1400 per night. And the room wasn't worth 600 ruppee, as per the OYO standards. Bedsheet had tea/coffee/blood stains. There was no bucket/mug.

Guys please don't book this AB Meridian Residency. I booked a room in AB Meridian from Agoda, But when I visited this residence they did not accepted my check-in, They said we are facing tariff issue. Receptionist ask me to connect with Agoda services, then I connected with Agoda service they said please wait for 15-20min after that no response from Agoda team. Finally, I have booked direct accommodation with the price of 1200 for one night stay. I made payment via Google pay. I entered first floor rooms completely filled with smoking and bad smell. I ask room service to do at least room freshener. He said we have other room in 2nd floor you can check it I visited the 2nd floor also it is same experience. Totally I was dis-satisfied with AB Meridian hotel rooms and receptionist. Please don't book rooms in online services., Like Agoda OYO etc.

Even giving 1 star to this hotel is waste. I have never been to a hotel which is even near worse to this place. The receptionist and his friends were very rude and spoke harshly with us. The rooms are of the worst possible quality with fans and ACs not working at all. The toilet and bathroom had a lot of stains and they haven't been cleaned for over 6 months or even more. The bed sheets were dirty, towels were not clean, there were cockroaches coming out of the bathroom. It was the most horrible night I've ever spent at a hotel. Even a Night 's stay is not possible here. Had a very very horrible experience.

First of all.. the check in experience was awful.we had to pay the extra amount at hotel even though we had paid the full amount with app . The room service was very bad and there were no towels and bathing kit in room. No water bottle was given. The sheets were dirty.room was not as shown in picture. Please be careful while choosing the hotel and look before hand.

Booking Date: 15th Apr 2022 - 16th April 2022 Pros: 1) You are a group of bachelors (only male) and want to stay here at worst case for not finding anything better at a certain budget price 2) Location 3) Geyser, AC and Fan were working. Lift is available. Cons: 1) Bed sheets and blankets are not properly cleaned, towels, soaps were provided after 8hrs of check-in. 2) Drinking water issue - we had to request multiple times to get the drinking water. 3) Even though Breakfast was included in the booking, they did not even bother to provide it. 4) As I noticed most of the time , even in weekend, lot of rooms are either vacant or being used by Males only for partying. **NOT AT ALL FOR FAMILY STAY ** 5) TV was not working , washroom lights were not working , bathing tub and jug were really dirty with manageable toilets.

I request the people who are reading this post plz.. Do not take the any service of this hotel. In. September I booked a Oyo hotel through Oyo app. The advertisement price of the room was 760Rs . I booked the hotel and when i reached there they said we will charge 1500Rs. And they charged the same from me That's why I request all the people plz... Don't take any service from this hotel And also request to Oyo representative to cancel their licence.

Not even worth one star. pathetic hotel with even more pathetic staff.Very rude behaviour, we booked the hotel and confirmed with the manager of our arrival, after which he said we can directly go to hotel for check in ... On arriving they denied our check in saying all rooms full ... And the staff is the worst , they spoke so rudely, pathetic horrible hotel please do not go here... I don't recommend this place to anyone as you'll have the most horrific and terrible experience Due the inconveniences they caused us ,we had to look for another stay for us at night post 10 , which was really difficult.
