Here, I m writing detailed review of my stay. May be my review is a bit long as I stayed here for 9 nights. So writing some key points for those who don't want to read in depth. Pros- *A good property and with specious room and bathroom. * Location is on the Hosur highway. * Nandhini franchise restaurant. Cons- * Extremely bad maintained property. * Cleanliness is at worse. * House keeping has no idea of cleaning or service. * Reception and Management doesn't care for any complaint or requests. I have stayed here with my family from 21st April till 30th April. But it was a horrible stay, specially on initial nights. Room was specious and bright. But very badly maintained as flooring was sticky and soapy. Dust on many area of the room. Bad and linens are with dark spots. Bathroom was also dirty at the corners and toilet sheet. Shower was having a leakage, when we start the shower a water goes up words as well as downwards! They changed it after complaining for 7 consecutive days! Every time room was not cleaned or make up even after my special instructions to reception as well as house keeping. After complaining about these issues many time they changed me to another room. Same was there also. No proper cleaning, forget to put water bottles and toiletries every time. Refrigerator was not there in the new room, so after 8 night of continuous requests they managed to put it on last night! But the horrifying experience was on 22nd April when their property's entire air-conditioning system was down. Since 6pm till 10 am next morning whole visitors suffered without AC. They don't provide even fan also. Their windows are fixed so we can't opened it. Whole night we have spent in the watchman cabin, at reception and in my car as these are the only places where we have fan. They dint have any arrangements for situations like this. Hotel management was not picking any calls.. I have requested to cancel my bookings but they don't allowed it. They said me to complain at your booking provider. I have complained goibibo but they also helpless as hotel management was not ready to answer them. For this, goibibo compensate me with 784 rs voucher! I mean it's huge reward they have given me as per their policy! So, it was nightmare for me n my family to stay here.

Neat and clean place to stay and staff are very polite happy with the service

We had a office friends lunch out there, we have opted for buffet with drinks (Alcohol). Food quality is good, but only disappointment was that - very few varieties especially the non-veg starter items in the buffet. Staff response is good. Good place to go even with family. Rates are reasonable. Nice ambience.

Hotel is average. Food is average. The reception staff is horrible. They don't respond to you properly. Very arrogant. They don't provide dental kits or grooming kit like in other hotel. They also do not provide a refreshment room for the driver. Rooms weren't clean. Floor mat had a lot of dust. Pricing is cheap though.

The ambience is good but there service is slow and sloppy. If you have opted for buffet then they'll provide you a not so good welcome drink and serve you starters. If you are a vegetarian then you'll have to be patient as there isn't much variety available in starters for it. Main course is good for both and desserts are fine as well. Apart from that there is a hall available for social gathering/party with a great music system available.

Very Nice food and courteous staff. I arranged my daughter's first birthday bash. GM of Hotel Mr.Bimal helped us lot! He is a very good professional and was upfront with no hidden charges. He also advised on Menu and decorators. Our guests enjoyed the food and arrangement. We occasionally go there even now for family Dinner. Buffet has awesome variety of food! If you are a foodie, it's a must visit! Highly Recommended!

The ambience was good. Food was not bad but most of the starters tasted similar. Starters are served on the table rather than us helping ourselves. Hence if we asked for second helping of a starter they have to prepare and serve so it was taking more time there. We liked the pasta served from the live counter. I felt there could have been more options for desserts. But overall it was worth the money. So you can drop by for a buffet without burning a hole in your pocket!

Nice place. Well maintained and good decor. We took twin sharing & found room area a bit small to our preference. Food service is quick but variety is limited. But customer service sucks to the core. We cancelled our booking from 10 days to 2 days because of poor customer orientation. Afterall, if Hotel cannot understand despite telling 4 times over two days that we can pay for food over and above the package there is lack of hospitality basics.
