I'm a regular user of Cantabil brand since past 17 years. My wardrobe is overflowing with this brand apparels. Shopping experience at all the different outlets of your brand may it be at Delhi or Udaipur was always a pleasant and appealing to visit the store more and more. But I'm sorry to say that the shopping experience of today was not that much great as it was in the past. The staff at Ashok Nagar outlet seems uninterested to answer customer needs. The entire lot seems tired, unwilling to show the required demands. While I was selecting the jeans the person attending left from the place.kept on waiting us, I've asked several times that where that person gone. No one answering. I my self had to check the jeans in the racks. After a long waiting an another person came but not interested to take out the desired items. Also not cooperative with us and seems thinking to leave us the outlet as soon as possible. By looking at this behaviour i left the plan of buying the jeans and bought other items which we have selected earlier. This is the first time I'm giving my feedback on unpleasant shopping experience at the Cantabil outlet otherwise it was all time best with smiling faces and energetic staff. May be addressed to avoid such kind of experience in future or with other customers if the brand management takes positively else there are other similar brands available all around but you may loose a loyal customer. Collection is OK but I want to share behaviour of one of the salesman... One salesman with long hair,big tummy, and big teeth with space between them is very arrogant and he misbehaved with us... Specially girls be aware of him... He will tease and murmur

I visited there recently, place is good, staff is so helping and friendly. I had to choose a party wear shirt for my brother for his upcoming birthday, staff and everyone there helped me to choose the best just by seeing his picture only and it truns out that he loved the shirt.thank you so much!
