I recently had the pleasure of shopping for jeans at the Calvin Klein store located in Hilite Mall, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Very bad behaviour from the staff. Dont go there. He is behaving like we dont know anything about CK. I have been using Ck products for over 5 years now. But his behaviour made me so sad that a reputed firm like CK is not taking any action against this.

I really respect the brand and the subordinate staffs present but the experience that I had recently was quite a tragic one. I had made a purchase of above 14k and the sale gave a discount which brought the amount down to 10.5 K. After the payment was made the franchise owner guided the staff directing them to cut the company tag which was provided on the left inner corner of the polos without even informing the customer earlier that this is a procedure is followed due to the fact that products provided with discounts cannot be returned or exchanged any time later due to defects. Questioning the Franchise owner regarding this as a premium customer who has visited sufficient outlets inside and outside India of the same brand brought us insult and disrespect. More over they provided us with no bill giving us a reason that the printer does not work. I really feel bad because of the fact that such a well established company gives franchise for such a irresponsible and disrespectful people who can have a major effect on the sales of the same by having the attitude of this kind towards the customer. People at Calicut or were ever approaching this shop should be very careful.

Wanted to share a feedback of this store , it's fake products, even the management they dnt know how to deal with customers, still I m waiting for my stuff to return. Not really suggesting this outlet
