A well maintained A/C auditorium, but the parking facility is not adequate. The food and the functions everything is conducted in one hall so I personally didn't like that and also we have to climb so many states to reach the hall as it's on top floor. The place is clean and well maintained with airconditioner, fans and lighting. We can reach the location easily without any confusion as it's on the road side.
First time visiting Kothamangalam and this place would be one of the best venues to host functions in town! Nice rooms too.
Parking lot not sufficient. Elevator and staircase are good. Auditorium and eating area at different stories. Ac hall enough to carry 300-400 people. Large entrance area. Easily get noticed from a moving vehicle.
The auditorium has an unfinished, claustrophobic, slightly tacky feel to it. There's adequate if not entirely apparent parking available behind the venue. The upper halls can only be accessed via a flight of stairs making it difficult for the elderly or differently abled to access the same.
Attended one baptism function there and the AC hall is okay, not great. They have enough parking for a small function

This place was an auditorium earlier, but it is being renovated and modified into a three star hotel shortly. The location of the same is very good and ample parking facilities are available there. A small river is passing through the border of the premises. I feel that, on completion of the renovation works, it will be a great place to visit. Best wishes.
Excellent and well planned trip from tropical south, enjoyed 5days and 4nights in kerala. The car we got was clean and well maintained. Our driver Nishad was very courteous and friendly, he took real good care of us throughout the trip
