No hot water.very poor front desk service.very bad room at this price range

Tidy and normal rate, easy accessible to Sri Thirumandhamkunnu Devi Temple

Good but, in between powercut was their for about an hour of my stay, room is neat and clean,bathroom is spacious but some smell was their when we came in. It is near to Temple just walkable distance only, Also their is no hotel attached. Nearby many hotels are their. Overall good.

Awesome amenities provided. It is one of the best hotel near Famous Tirumandhamkunnu temple. Even though food is not served here, there is a vegetarian restaurant next the hotel also a non vegetarian restaurant in a 10-20 meter distance. Rooms in perfect quality and hot water is available all time using separate geyser in toilet. Room is well maintained and almost clean and there is only small traces of dust in the room.

This is a small place, may be 10-5 rooms. No restaurant, NO SECURE PARKING Place. (One or two cards can be parked by the road-side). Good people, very polite, but that is about all. And be careful, MANY HOTEL BOOKING SITES HAVE NO ARRANGEMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. I was taken for a ride by one such site

I had a complaint on the hotel. Logged into their website and wrote the complaint. Happy that I received a response within a few hours. It is a good sign to see the responsiveness of the management. But no action was taken on the complaint. They insulted us so much after alloting our booked room to someone else. Anyone looking to stay in this hotel.. do at your own risk. They have foul mouthed staff and the owners does not bother about the customers.

Terrible place: it's a lodge and not a hotel. The place doesn't even have a lift though the rooms are spread across 3 floors! No porter: I had to carry my luggage myself: but the plus point was that the tip was saved. Flaking paint, very small room. Definitely overpriced at Rs1100 per night for A/C twin. There is hot water, but not through the shower as it does not have a mixer facility. They were hesitant to give extra pillows even though the place wasn't fully booked. I had to repeatedy ask. The leaflet whose photo I have attached, talks about "a unique and unforgettable culinary experience for the guest". Nonsense: they don't even have a restaurant on site. When I asked them if they had a restaurant they said no and suggested 'Souparnika' next door. Hence what "culinary experience" are they referring to? Please don't be misled and check to make sure it's suitable before booking. Not recommended!

Stayed here during a trip. It's good hotel with good parking lot. The restaurant was under construction at that time so didn't had the opportunity to taste food. Rooms are pretty good.
