Best place to burn your fat and keep yourself fit. Sandhya my personal trainer is a good coach and she is very energetic. It's been a month already and i m enjoying my fitness journey. Blitz fitness place is well maintained with all needed equipments. Other trainers like Kishore trickison are very helpful and motivating others to achieve their targets in fitness.
The atmosphere at the gym is positive and encouraging. The gym staff Trickison and kudumimaster is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They are always available to assist you with any questions . Additionally, they take the time to demonstrate proper techniques and provide valuable fitness advice.
One of the best gym in Chennai I have seen so far that too with very low budget, good ambience and well equipped. Trainers also give good support for transformation, love this gym
