If u are a fan of lucknowi biryani then don't go there, Overpriced af, If u want to taste good biryani go infront of tunday kababi aminabad there u will find Shakeel Chicken Biryani Rs80 plate, far better than this Rs400 biryani. No taste only decoration,waste of money.5 stars for packaging 0 for food

Worst service by restaurant especially on online deliveries Their team is not good

Hi fellows, Just want to bring this case to public now. I ordered mutton biryani (serve 4) and instead was delivered chicken biryani (serve 4). I tried raising a compliant instantly using their mobile application, which was super smooth as I couldn't even attach the photos of the delivered food and the customer support on chat couldn't move forward from the text and kept repeating that I need to upload photo somehow otherwise he cannot help. Chicken instead of mutton -1700 rupees gone to waste and then I am fighting for the justice here. I called the customer helpline where in I was assured a full refund of 1400 into my original payment mode, and eat sure points. Every 02 days I tried following up, I was told that it is under process and will happen soon. Today, an executive told me that instead of giving you a refund which was promised, we have given you Asharifan in Behrouz website which was never communicated, and these Asharifan comes with super conditions of not being able to use in full at once and with a expiry of 60 days. Everytime it has been me who hads followed up, I never got a call back on the status update and on my account these complaints show "resolved" on date for some reason. Thor website and their application is uper, you will love using it and getting yourself some serious health concerns in getting a proper and timely support from them. Beware of such flamboyant names and brands, they are here to exploit you in every way possible. I will be positing the images of the food delivered to me just so that people don't consider the brand to be the victim here. Biryani is good, no doubt but in 21st century with technology by customers side, bradns like Behrouz cannot victimize us and take us for granted.

Popular and delicious. I ordered it online. received it very hot and hygienic. cutlery is packed so clean too. quantity is ok. but the problem is with the container. the plate they packed the biriyani that was metallic. i could not microwave it. this is advised in this corona pandemic time, that cooked food supplies should be microwaved before consuming. so my request to the outlet that food should be packed in microwaveable packaging.
