I've been a member of Barbell Complex Gym for several months now and I can confidently say that it's the best gym in town. The facilities are top-notch and always clean, and the staff (Sovan Da, Laltu Da) are incredibly friendly and helpful. The equipment is well-maintained and there's a great variety to choose from, whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or functional training. The best gym in the town. Sovan is the best trainer for me in midnapore, Very experienced, Friendly, Helpful. If you want to join a gym, Blindly join this gym it's the best available.

Trainer is really friendly. The gym is really nice completely clean. Though the space is not very large but it's spacious enough to progress up all your workouts. Almost every equipments are available here. You'll get wifi too. Recommended

Sovan is the best Personal Trainer in Midnapore town. He is a professional athelete and has won several national awards & accolades over the recent years. Not only he's highly knowledgeable in what he teaches, but also he is an highly empathetic, understanding & supportive coach. He very well understands where you're coming from and will tailor customized training routines to suit your personal fitness goals. When it comes to amenities and equipments, I have been to all the gyms in Midnapore town, but this one is THE BEST. It's far beyond comparision with other gyms of the town. The ambience is great and the members are quite friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to join & become a member, if you're seriously looking forward to work on your fitness goals.

It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer here none but Sovan Sir, he is eager to help and will to take time with you. Also he understands what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun.
