My mum visit this hospital few days ago with my baby. We are from Australia and my baby visit india with my mum for few months. Someone recommended us for this hospital but seriously VERY BAD EXPERIENCE she was waiting for so long even we had an appointment as well and doctors sit for only three hours that's ridiculous. And the weather was so hot now days. So they should atleast concern about babies in this hot weather that they are been very uncomfortable. The aircon AC are not working where the patient was sitting and waiting for there appointments. I don't know which people's give best reviews to them. If this is children hospital first concern about them and their heath. Not just sitting three hours and patient waiting for long time with there babies. Totally disgusting.

Good hospital, well mannered staff, experienced doctor

No accountability shown. Totally irresponsible people. Came for a checkup with prior appoint from 50+ kms and also gave a call at reception before coming too. Test team was not available and response was like they don't care.
