Local GuideNever ever going to buy Samsung products , after sales service is just pathetic , they dont seem to care much , its been 3 weeks. The technician are not aware of the problem, they just get the part and replace , horrible experience . NEVER EVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS , THE PRODUCTS LOOK FANCY on the outside my refrigerator came only for 1 yr . Pls pls read my review before buying any samsung products

Full marks to the service team for their professional approach and pleasantness. The issue with my microwave was dealt with in a proactive and quick manner. However, the approach to the location is quite narrow and parking can be a hassle. If smaller items can be managed on a two wheeler, that would be the recommended mode of transport to the center.

Local GuideNot a nice experience. I went there to replace my camera len glass which was badly scratched. Before even I entered an employee at the door told the shop is closed while I could see customers inside. This was around 4 pm. He also asked me for what was the problem, took a photo of my imei number and said would be contacting me. He also added the while back panel needs to be changed. It's better to go to Mobile care, at least they do not give a wrong estimate and treat you like customers

Worst service and worst product. Don't buy any Samsung products. Very poor service. I have purchased a washing machine and having a problem. Waste is accumulated under the tub. While running the machine it will mix with the water. I given complaints about it, they sold some powder for echotub cleaning. But problem still persists, so again I gave complain, they took the machine and kept for 5 days and returned back without any service. I asked service report they not gave that also. Worst people.

Local GuideThe showroom is great. They provide excellent advices and also the best decision if you have any confusion. But their timming sence is a bit rusty... They don't follow their time. But dont resist going there. They are best , and i mean it.

I am chartered accountant with busy work schedule. I called had display issues so I called what is time for visit service center. They said it's 10 to 4. I asked if they can provide pick and drop service since time is not convenient for me. They said no. Moreover display is not available for my model and I will have to wait for 16 days. The attitude of staff is not good. Last time redmi had given pick and drop service. Never buy samsung if you want good service

Local GuideThe only service to promise and deliver on time even though it took 3 days still they promised and delivered (stock was already with them still they required 3 days). Its on busy pvs circle with no parking facility by building side neither you can park on street side due to heavy traffic in this route.
