Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for home cooked food served with tons of love and hospitality . Variety of non veg gravies and side dishes . Loved their thick and rich curd . Tried meals with mutton curry , fish curry, prawn gravy , fish fry , vathakolambu , rasam and curd . Taste - 10/10 Quality - 10/10 Hospitality - 20/10

One of the best meals we have had in a while. Rice with mutton, chicken, prawns, egg, tapioca and other curries, all of it with that traditional, homely taste I crave for.. And the hospitality of the family who runs this restaurant makes it even better. Discovered this one by accident on the way to Tranquebar from Chettinad. And we cant thank enough the man we met on thw road in Aranthangi for directing us here.

We visited this place 4 years ago and we have always thought to go their again but never knew the name of the mess or place... We only remembered that street look. Went again two days ago. Luckily was able to find it. And the hospitality was lovely. That lady is got big heart. Food was attagasam.. it was cooked using charcoal.lovely

The lady serving Meals will treat us like their relatives serving more food. Thickest curd and decent food without causing any stomach trouble. Fish varieties are the best. Also Prawns, Mutton and Kozhi

Pros: - All non veg items are superb. Cons: - Service is not up to the mark. - Rate also seems little expensive.

Traditional chettinad non-vegetarian foods ,very good quality, too much caring from the owners ,treating you like their family member.one of the best hotels in the town.

I had mutton and chicken meals.. the food was good.... Hospitality topnotch....the owner ladies who served food kept the environment very homely...
